Here we say the same, "In service of the people!"   We aim to accommodate special requests, substitutions, and diets whenever possible.   Please ask us.  We can prepare most of our dishes with any restricted foods omitted (meat, wheat, salt, &c). We also can exchange meat for tofu, cashew, almond, or peanut - & also chicken or fish stock for vegetable stock in our soups & sauces.
